Your Bright Corner accepts items for *store credit only*. We do not issue refunds or cancel orders unless the product is out of stock.
Store credits don't expire, amazing right?.
Shipped returns must be within 7 days of the item being delivered to you
with original tags, Clean no rips or holes. Your bright corner is not responsible for shipping costs or any delayed packages.
If you are local you can take it to our showroom located in North Miami (475 NE 123rd St, North Miami, FL 33161).
Items showing evidence of wear, washed, with rips and holes will not qualify for a return. -
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALES.
To return your item please email us at email@example.com with a picture and brief description, instructions will be given through email.
Store Credits will be sent out by email once the item is returned and inspected.
We offer FREE SHIPPING in orders over $75 and a Flat Rate of $5.00 for Puerto Rico & US.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. We will contact you if additional information is needed for card verification or if any item goes out of stock unexpectedly. Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
Things you should know:
- Domestic Shipping: please allow 1-3 days business days.
- International Shipping: is not available at this moment.
- Orders placed Monday through Sunday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Tracking your order: A shipping confirmation will be sent by email once your order is dispatched. The tracking number will be included and a link to track the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information: We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error. However, please understand that if the package has already been shipped we are unable to alter the destination address.
Delivered But Not Delivered: If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.
Expedited: Please Note, selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.
We offer local Pick up: Please allow 1 day to process your order, at the checkout please select local pick up. Our showroom address is 475 NE 123rd St, North Miami, FL 33161 an email will be sent out prior picking order confirming order is ready.
